College of American Pathologists (CAP)
Recertification Completed Successfully!
The College of American Pathologists (CAP) conducted a site visit on Friday, April 23rd, 2012, of the IVF laboratory. The inspection was successful and resulted in no deficiencies. The accreditation for the laboratory will remain effective through May 2014.
UIC IVF Center is accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
